Since 1987 BPA have been providing experienced and professional advice for all CDM and Health & Saftey requirements across all areas of construction, refurbishment, mechanical and electrical provisions for both new build and existing premises.

We also retain a number of professionals covering CDM, Asbestos, Civil and Structural Engineering, Environmental Management, Security (including CTM) and Design.

Our speciality from the outset has been off site and fast track construction and this has led us to become heavily involved with living space projects for the MOD - Garrisons, the Home Office - Secure Units as well as Social Housing, Hotels and Hostel accommodation.

We are also involved with large and small refurbishment and fit out projects, M&E requirements for new build and improvement schemes throughout the United Kingdom.

We provide in-depth service provisions for Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Quality Management Documentation both in the United Kingdom and overseas together with Environmental and Waste Management Documentation and Audits.

Project Management is a further activity and we are expanding our service provisions for this in refurbishment and off site modular construction projects.
